Can culture be stated in words? Post pandemic there has been a massive shift towards remote work culture. Years ago most organizations looked the same but now new organization cultures are emerging forcing many businesses to rethink their approach.

Here are five of the current organizational culture models-

  1. Work from home culture was previously a choice, but now it is a more sustainable option. Nowadays, younger generation is looking for more flexibility in working. At JIMS, we try to make our students better managers so that they can develop new habits of managing work and life.
  • Culture 4.0 means proactively managing culture where we understand culture as a critical business system. It allows one to better understand not only the drivers of the culture but more importantly where they reside in a company. Companies like Deloitte follow such digital work culture built on inclusion, collaboration, high performance and opportunity. At JIMS we try to make our students different individually and collectively.
  • Team first corporate culture aka comrade where such companies hire for culture fit and skills first ; experience next. They are very well aware that a delighted employee means happier customers. “Zappos” is a customer service company that sells shoes. Our management students are prepared in   ways  that they fit the  work cultures and become adaptable to the current market environment.
  • Elite corporate culture hires people who are THE BEST because it’s always pushing the envelope and wanting the employees to lead the way ,example Google. JIMS,VK-2 trains students to become confident, capable and competitive in this global scenario.
  • Adhocracy Culture With the launch of Atmanirbhar Bharat campaign, companies are adopting culture rooted in innovation. Such companies are cutting edge in their industry and  Have started to develop great things before anyone else like facebook. We at JIMS try to imbibe in our students high risk taking strategy implementation motive. Also various brainstorming sessions are conducted so that students get an opportunity to share big ideas.

At the end of the day culture is not a place, but a mindset.
